Terms of ConditionsArtwork and ProofsAll files must be provided in vector format. Text must be converted to outlines. If specific colors are necessary, please provide Pantone Solid Coated series color codes for all colors. All other color processes like CMYK, RGB, HEX Colors, or other pantone series books will be converted to coated as close as possible, however will not guarantee exact match results for converted colors.It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing (screens, setup charges,any substrates), including corrections and reprints. Once a garment has been decorated, it cannot be returned or exchanged.Customer's approval of artwork is contractually binding for payment of all services rendered. The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork.Errors, Loss, and ReplacementAll claims of unsatisfactory products will be considered within 3 business days of product pick up or delivery. All goods must then be returned to In It Printwear to review complaint within 1 week. Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis.Shipping/Courier Upon CompletionIf you would like your order to ship or courier upon completion, please provide delivery information when your order is placed. Any delivery information that is supplied after the job has been completed and invoiced,will be subject to additional handling.CancellationsCancellations made after an estimate has been approved will be subject to labor costs incurred to cover services already rendered at the point of cancellation. No cancellations will be accepted once any decoration of the garments has begun on the order. Customer will be responsible for return of their goods to their supplier.Payment TermsPayment in full is due upon pick up or shipping of your order. Payment terms are not assumed and must be arranged prior to order completion. Partial payment of 50% the total is due upon approval to initiate your order. Past due invoices will be subject to financial penalty.
